What this site is

AdvisorClear organizes public regulatory records about investment advisers and explains them in plain English. It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the SEC, FINRA or any state regulator.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation for or against any person or firm. We describe what records contain; we do not rate people or firms.

Accuracy

Records come from public sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Summaries are written by AI and may contain errors. Always confirm anything important using the source links on each page.

Permitted use

Reports are for personal research when choosing or reviewing a financial advisor. You may not use this site or its reports as a factor in decisions about anyone's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. AdvisorClear is not a consumer reporting agency.

Purchases and refunds

Reports are a one-time purchase for personal use, and open for 365 days through your private link. If we can't find the record you paid for, or something goes wrong with your report, contact hello@advisorclear.com within 30 days for a full refund. Records come from public sources and can change after you buy.

Corrections

If you believe a record is wrong, the official correction process runs through the regulator that holds it. Tell us too and we will review our summary.
